Beginning on Monday, November 8th and continuing through Thursday, November 18th, parents can log into HCPSS Connect to select from the conference time slots available. Conferences will take place VIRTUALLY on the following dates:

As was communicated in early October, HCPSS will require all student-athletes in grades 9–12 to provide proof of vaccination or undergo weekly testing in order to participate in winter athletics practices and competitions. This requirement begins with the start of winter athletics practices on Monday, November 15, 2021.

Fall Clothes Giveway Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 9:00 - 11:00 am at Long Reach High School

Support your Long Reach PTSA and honor a veteran by purchasing a Veteran's Wreath. Your donation and purchase of the wreath will be laid on the Baltimore Catonsville Veteran's Cemetery to honor those that gave their lives for the freedoms that we enjoy today. Please visit the Long Reach PTSA Wreaths Across America webpage to make your donation. Each wreath is $15 dollars and LR PTSA will receive $5 for each wreath purchased. The wreaths will be placed on the gravesites on December 18th 2021.

Need Spirit Wear? LRHS Boosters Club has a new way for you to order spirit wear and show your Long Reach HS pride. A portion of the sale proceeds goes back to Boosters, which will be used for funding grants.

The Registration period for the 2022 Advanced Placement (AP) Exams is open. The exams are scheduled for the weeks of May 2-6 and May 9-13. To take the assessments, you must register for a College Board account and join your specific class in AP Classroom. Use the join codes that teachers gave out to connect your account with your AP course. If you are not in the AP portal and joined to your class, we cannot order a test.

LRHS Cares (a LR staff organization) & Grace Community Church are sponsoring a Fall Clothes and Shoe Drive. Please consider donating to this event, as it will HELP the Long Reach Community. We need Gently Used Clean Winter Clothes, Shoes, & Coats, Hats, and Gloves (all ages) If possible, please sort them in bags by sizes when dropping off at school; no undergarments or ripped clothes. We will accept donations Monday through Fridays between now and Oct 29. Please drop your donations in the provided boxes in front of school. v
