CLASS OF 2021 CLASS ASSEMBLY AGENDA – 3/3/20

WELCOME AND OVERVIEW – FLOOD
RING CEREMONY – FLOOD – Our first Ring Ceremony for a long time was a success. It was a nice evening with a revealing of the rings, placing the rings, and the turning of the rings with the traditional ring card. Following the ceremony was a reception.
FUNDRAISERS – KRISPY KREME AND FOOD TRUCK FRENZY! – FLOOD – All proceeds of fundraisers are going towards the prom to keep costs down. We are trying to stay under $70.00 per ticket. Our current fundraiser is Krispy Kreme. Students can pick up order forms from either Mrs. Flood or Mrs. Davenport. Students selling 25 boxes or more will save $10.00 on their prom ticket, sell 50 boxes and save $20.00. Our “Food Truck Frenzy” LRHS’s first Food Truck fundraiser will be 4/18 from 11-4pm. Come out and not only support the Class of 2021 but enjoy a variety of food!!!
PROM – TICKET PRICES, WHERE, WHEN, UPDATES – DAVENPORT – We are still trying to keep ticket prices lower than last year. The only way to do that is through fundraising (see above). We should have a better idea of the price per ticket at the end of the month. Prom is at BWI Marriott on Friday, May 1 – 7:30-11:30 pm. Theme – Golden Gala.
BUY A T SHIRT FOR OUR PICTURE DAY IN MAY – DAVENPORT – Our plan is to have our first whole-class T-shirt picture in the year book. We plan to do something that has never been done before but we are keeping that a secretJ Students must own a Class of 2021 T-shirt to take part in the picture. T-shirts are $15.00 each. See Mrs. Flood for a shirt!!!!
MOVING UP FUN DAY – WHEN SENIORS LEAVE – NO DATE YET – We are still planning our “Moving Up Fun Day.”Date TBA. We won’t know the date until we know the graduation date and the seniors last day at LRHS. Stay Tuned.
STUDENT SERVICES – JUNIOR INTERVIEW DAY – Student services went over Junior Interview Day and what to wear and expect. They also went over service hours, the SAT test and the ACT test. Flyers are available in the Student Services office with this information.
WRAP UP – Look at our Class of 2021 bulletin board and showcase for Class information and Class Council meeting dates. Everyone is welcome to come to our meetings. We have a fabulous and large class council that work very hard. Come out and join us! PowerPoint
