IMPORTANT POLICIES TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET

All Safety Policies outlined below must be followed. A guest may be asked to exit the building at any time before or during performance if they fail to comply with all safety policies. No ticket refunds will be given due to failure to comply.

No Refunds will be granted under any circumstance once purchased Online. If you have a personal conflict and can no longer use your online ticket, you are welcome to privately sell your ticket to another member of the community who can use it, or we encourage you to consider the money already spent as a donation to the LRHS Theatre Department. HCPSS Staff will not facilitate any ‘switching’ of seats or performance dates.

Will I get a refund if HCPSS restrictions do not allow any live audience? If HCPSS restricts the ability of audience members to view the performance live, the money you have paid for your live in person ticket will be converted into access to view the Streaming performance or a Pre-Recorded Performance. No Refunds will be offered.

What if HCPSS mandates a capacity limit? We are only selling 50% capacity online at this time, so we will already be prepared should this be put in place. This is why we may not be able to offer any additional at-the-door ticket sales and can only guarantee tickets bought online.

How does Social Distancing affect audience seating? At this time, no social distancing between seats is required by HCPSS and full capacity seating is currently permitted. However, if distancing is required at the time of performance, we reserve the right to space each ticket holder out so that there is an empty seat between each guest. This is why only 50% capacity is being sold online at this time.

I reserved a specific row & seat number- can my seat be moved? See above. We reserve the right to move your seat slightly to allow for one empty seat between guests if required. We will make every attempt to keep your seat as close to your original chosen row & seat as possible.

Is there a Streaming Option? NO. At this time, there will not be a live stream remote viewing option. All audience must purchase a ticket to the live in person performance.  If this changes, we will update that information here. But currently, there is no streaming option planned.
