Hello Parents/Guardians! The Health Room Staff is currently reviewing students' health records and want to remind you that immunizations are still required for the 2020-21 school year. Please work with your pediatrician or other health care provider to obtain these. If you already have documentation of any of these in your home, please scan or take a cell phone picture of them and email them back to the school nurse or the health assistant (see below). If your child still needs these immunizations, please follow up with your medical provider as soon as possible. If you do not have a medical provider, immunizations can be obtained at the Howard County Health Department (410-313-6300), or at one of the HCPSS vaccine clinics to be held in September - see enclosed flyer for information.
