We are excited to see you online on Tuesday, September 8th for the first day of school!

Your courses are now available to you in Canvas.  

Check out your calendar for google meet codes.  Be sure you are logging into to Google Chrome with your HCPSS account (NOT a personal gmail account) from hcpss.me. 

Come to google meet code: LRHS-FrontOffice if you have any issues with accessing the google meets for your classes.  The room will be available from 8:30am to 11:15am and 11:45am to 3:00pm.

How to Locate Your Schedule: 

• On September 8, by 8:30 am, log into Canvas to find their Semester 1 courses, which will contain the introduction for each class, the period, and the meet codes on the calendar.    

  •  Please note that Semester 1 or Quarter 1 Canvas courses will be available for students to view on 9/5.  However, some changes to balance class sizes  may still occur through 9/8.  

• Even if a student thinks their schedule might have an error, they should still log into their Google Meet for the class, as important online learning orientation information will be shared, in addition to HCPSS Policies.  

  • Parents and guardians are also asked to review the HCPSS Student and Parent Handbook which includes the Code of Conduct. 

• Counselors will continue to contact students who have schedule issues throughout the first week of school. 

• Students with schedule concerns of an urgent nature can log into meet.google.com and use the meet code, LRHSschedule between 11:00 am-1:00pm on Tuesday, September 8, to meet with a counselor or schedule a meeting with a counselor (depending on volume of students and time constraints). 

How to Log-in to Class: 

• Students should navigate to meet.google.com, and enter their teacher's class code, found on Canvas.

• All classes follow a standard meet naming convention with staff name and period – Ex. LRHS- jwasilewski-pd1 

• Students' first class on Tuesday is Period 1, beginning at 9:00am.
