The flu shot will be offered during school hours again this year through a collaborative effort with Maryland Partnership for Prevention. The flu vaccine clinic will be held on Monday, October 28th, 2019. Vaccine consent forms will be sent home on or around Monday, September 16th. Please check your student's backpack for the form. If your student was absent on the day that consent forms were handed out, please have them come to the health room or front office for a form. You also have the option of registering your child online at www.vaccineconsent.com. Consent forms are due by October 4th, 2019.
