The high school midterm exam schedule is as follows. Referenced bell schedules can be found at the bottom of this page.

Tuesday, January 22, 2019

• Period 1 Exam; Bell Schedule #1
• Full day of school
• No extracurricular activities, including practices, rehearsals, events, etc.
• AM & PM ARL Classes in Session

Wednesday, January 23, 2019

• Periods 2 & 3 Exams; Bell Schedule #2
• High schools close 3 hours early
• No extracurricular activities, except 90 minute conditioning practices which may begin at 2:45 p.m.
• No PM ARL Students

Thursday, January 24, 2019

• Periods 4A & 4B Exams; Bell Schedule #2
• High schools close 3 hours early
• No extracurricular activities, except 90 minute conditioning practices which may begin at 2:45 p.m.
• No AM ARL Students

Friday, January 25, 2019

• Periods 5 & 6 Exams; Bell Schedule #2
• All schools close 3 hours early
• All extracurricular activities resume at 2:45pm
• No AM ARL Students

In case of inclement weather!

1. If there is a 2-hour delayed opening on Tuesday, January 22, Bell Schedule #3 will be used.
2. If schools are closed on Tuesday, January 22, the Period 1 exam will be moved to Monday, January 28 and Bell Schedule #5 will be used.
3. If there is a 2-hour delayed opening on Wednesday, January 23, Thursday, January 24 or Friday, January 25, Bell Schedule #4 will be used.
4. If schools are closed on January 23, 24 or 25, the exams scheduled for that day will be given on the next school day. Period 5 and 6 exams will be moved to Monday, January 28.
5. All extra curricular activities will resume on Friday, January 25, regardless of late opening or closure for inclement weather January 22-24.
6. Any scenarios not covered herein will be addressed in email if needed.
7. No exams may be given prior to the scheduled exam date.
