Students wishing to bring a guest to prom MUST submit a guest form with all required documentation by the APRIL 13th. THESE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED LATE. The forms are available in the front office, before and after school and during lunch.

*Guests who are currently students from OTHER HOWARD COUNTY SCHOOLS must have all information listed on this form.

*Guests who are students from schools OUTSIDE HOWARD COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS must submit some proof of their school such as a copy of their school ID or a copy of their school schedule from this year with their guest form.

*Guests who are NO LONGER HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS must submit a clear copy of a driver’s license or college ID or other legal photo ID with their guest form.
