PTSA Updates April 2017

Next week is Staff Appreciation Week and we are treating our wonderful staff to lunch on Monday, desserts on Thursday, and Gift card raffles on Friday. BUT...we need your help.

Please consider signing up to donate towards these needs (which are broken down on the sign up form).

After Prom tickets go on SALE NOW! 

Tickets are being sold in the Atrium during lunch or online by visiting www.lrhsptsa.org.

Tickets are $10. Each guest must have his/her own permission slip/waivers signed (attached). If purchasing online, you must fill out and submit the information for each guest separately. 

After Prom is May 7th from 12am-4am at Brunswick Bowling. It literally takes our entire LRHS village to put this on. We depend on your help to make this event a success and keep all of our kids safe on prom night. 

We are need of prize donations. Please HELP in anyway you can with a monetary donation or donate a prize, gift card, gift item, theme basket, etc. by clicking HERE. Some popular Gift cards are Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, McDonald’s, Dominoes Pizza, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Dicks, Best Buy, Target, The Mall in Columbia, VISA/AMEX, Gamestop, Panera, Cold Stone, Mission BBQ, etc. All donations can be dropped off in the main office, Attention: AFTER PROM

Also, as the school year continues to fly by, the call for nominations for the 2017-18 executive board is now being accepted! 

Positions include:

- President

- 1st Vice President

- 2nd Vice President

- Treasurer

- Secretary

- PTA Council of Howard County (PTACHC) Rep (2 positions)

If you are interested, please complete the attached form and send to school (drop off in the PTA Mailbox labeled "PTA Nominations"). Elections will be held at the May 8th PTSA Meeting which will also be a General Membership meeting. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
