Students wishing to bring a guest to the prom MUST complete a guest form by 3:00 on FRIDAY, March 31st.  THESE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED LATE or WITH INFORMATION MISSING.  No exceptions will be made.  The forms are available in the front office, before and after school and during lunch.
Guests who are currently students from other Howard County schools must have all information listed on the form. 

Guests who are currently high school students from schools outside of Howard County Public Schools must submit some proof of their school such as a copy of their school ID or a copy of their school schedule from this year with their guest form.  
Guests who are no longer High School students must submit a copy of a driver’s license or college ID or other legal photo ID with their guest form.
Forms may be turned into the office by the due date of March 31st.
