Dear Long Reach HS Community,

Over the past few weeks, we have been highlighting our wonderful students, staff, and programs through Twitter and our website.  This week's #dayattheach highlighted our excellent Fine Arts, Culinary, Health, Physical Education, and Music Departments.  If you have a moment, please look through the hashtag to see our awesome students and staff in action. 

This past Thursday afternoon, our student athletes played their Allied Soccer match against River Hill High School.  I'd like to congratulate Brighton Ditter, Traci Weyandt, Colin Pierre, Wendy Jimenez, and Keygen Laster for scoring goals during Thursday's game. LRHS is proud of you!

Tonight our 3-0 LRHS Varsity Football Team plays the 2-1 Oakland Mills HS Scorpions.  All LRHS fans are encouraged to where purple as part of our Purple Out. Please consider coming out to support our team.  I hope to see you there!
