Health and Wellness Fitness Club

The Health and Wellness Fitness Club is a wonderful opportunity for students and staff. The club focuses on Weekly Meal Plans, Cardiovascular Fitness, Muscular Strength, and Endurance. The Health and Wellness Club meets two to three days after school on the track, weather permitting, or in the weight room if the weather is inclement.
