Below are the highlights of that meeting. If your senior was unable to attend please have them see me (Mrs. Flood) or Mrs. Bakunas. As a rule of thumb – questions concerning ordering caps and gowns, the graduation ceremony, rehearsals, ordering announcements, upcoming meetings, or just plain “HELP, I am a parent of a senior”, please contact Mrs. Flood or Mrs. Bakunas. Questions concerning senior dues, class picnic, senior boat trip or any other senior activity please contact Ms. Kulina or Mrs. Bakunas.

 Welcome and introductions of Mrs. Bakunas and Mrs. Flood – Graduation Coordinators.
Mr. Burton addressed the class encouraging them to stay on top of things. The year will fly by so don’t wait until the last minute to take care of anything.
The League of Women Voters representative spoke and handed out voter registration cards to seniors that wanted to register. We collected those that had completed the form. Seniors can also register at the MVA.
The senior class council and advisors were introduced. The senior class fundraiser was handed out and gone over. T shirt order forms were filled out and turned in.
The representative from Herff Jones, Mr. Murphy, handed out a graduation information card that the seniors filled out and handed in with their name, address, and approximate height and weight for their caps and gowns.
Mr. Repsher from Student Services spoke about graduation requirements. Seniors should be sure that they have completed their service hours. There will be a Senior Parent Night on September 16 at 6:30pm.
Ms. Jones from Student Services spoke about a FT that is planned for seniors to HCC on October 14. The first 40 seniors that hand in a permission slip will go.
