Pick-up Art materials, Instruments, Texbooks, and Chromebooks:

Dear LRHS Community,

We will host the second semester distribution on Wednesday, February 10, 1pm to 4pm.  We will be distributing the following materials: 

  • Art materials for students enrolled in 2nd Semester Art and Photo Classes

  • Musical instruments for students who do not own their own instrument. If you are in absolute need of a band instrument please send an email to Benjamin_Learish@hcpss.org asap.

  • Materials for students enrolled in all Project Lead the Way courses

  • Prepackaged School supplies (first come/first served)

  • Textbooks for designated classes (teachers have communicated with their classes)

  • Chromebooks for those who have placed requests, previously received a Dell, and for students returning on March 1

For students/families who cannot make the pick up window on Wednesday, materials will be available for pick up at the next scheduled LRHS Material Distribution (Date TBD). We are also in the process of inventorying and planning distribution of other chromebooks and will contact families and students in advance.

Safety Precautions: 

You are encouraged to wear a face mask at all times while picking up items. As a reminder, it is critical that families and staff maintain all social distancing practices and families remain in their vehicles.  We ask that all families follow the directions of the staff members present during pick up to ensure everyone's safety.

Driving/Walking Instructions

  • Limit of one vehicle per household

  • Walkers - please ensure proper social distancing

  • Vehicle occupants must remain in their car at all times

Upon arrival at the school parking lot, follow the established traffic pattern.  Arrive using the main entrance into the parking lot  - See the map below
