May 24:

7:30am - 3:00pm - Seniors may begin to turn in their Chromebooks/obligations to the LRHS main office

Did you miss today's Material Collection, Graduation Rehearsal, Graduation Tickets Pick up, Cap and Gown Distribution?

Seniors can take care of obligations, pick up their cap/gowns, and graduation tickets from 7:20am - 2:45pm Monday through Friday until June 2.

Reminder that all obligations (Chromebook/outstanding textbooks) must be cleared prior to receiving graduation tickets

May 26:

10:30am - Senior Send Off!

Seniors are invited to drive a pre-established route through parts of the community
Send off will begin and end in the LRHS Main Parking Lot
Route will be posted on our website on or before May 24
Per HCPD, all participants are advised to obey all rules of the road and drivers are not to use any electronic devices

May 28: SENIORS LAST DAY OF SCHOOL

June 3rd, 7pm - LRHS Graduation at Merriweather Post Pavilion!

On May 14, HCPSS announced that each graduate will receive 6 tickets to the commencement ceremony. The event will also be livestreamed at https://www.hcpss.org/commencements/

Important Reminder: LRHS End of the Year Senior Survey - Due by May 21st ALL seniors MUST take the end of the year survey created by the county. We collect important information including WHERE TO SEND YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT, how much scholarship money you were awarded, and how you feel about your experience as a Long Reach High student. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. It is important that you select WHERE you want your transcript sent (what college you are attending) and report every single dollar you were awarded in scholarships (even if you are not using it.) The Senior Survey 2021 is located on your home page in Naviance under Important To Do’s and Tasks.

Senior Award Celebration May 12: Video and Slides Below!

The Class of 2021 Senior Award Celebration was held in person in the Long Reach HS stadium from 10:45-12:00pm on May 12.

Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, we will not be able to live stream the event, however, it was recorded and is published as video and slides here on our webpage. It will remain on our YouTube channel so that parents/families can see it at their leisure. If you wish to see the virtual progam for the event you can find it here.
