Transcripts

1.  For COLLEGE APPLICATIONS (LRHS Class of 2023), we need a paper copy of the Request and Waiver Form that is signed by parents and students, in order to add colleges into Naviance.  You can download it and print it out, or pick up a paper copy in Student Services.  Return forms to Student Services.  It takes up to 20 school days to process all requests, so please start early.
2. For CURRENT STUDENTS (LRHS Class of 2023, 2024, 2025, & 2026), click the transcript request form.
3. For FORMER STUDENTS (LRHS Class of 2011-2022), click the request form AND here to pay online, $5 per Transcript.
4. For FORMER STUDENTS (LRHS Class of 2010 and earlier) please email student_transcripts@hcpss.org for your request
