Dear Parents,

As you may know, on July 1, 2016, I officially started as the principal of Long Reach High School. It is both an honor and privilege to be part of this wonderful school community.  Prior to joining LRHS, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as the principal at Murray Hill Middle School.

As your principal, I am committed to providing all students with the opportunities, resources and skills needed to achieve academic excellence and to prepare them to succeed in college or a high-wage career of their choice.  Aligned with this vision is a strong belief in working collaboratively with all stakeholders to create a strong and dynamic learning community that will prepare our students to excel in the 21st century.

I would also like to introduce Ms. Judith Hendricks, Assistant Principal.  Ms. Hendricks has joined us from Hammond High School and brings with her a wealth of experience and talent. I know that she is excited to be joining our school community.
