Graduation Day Important Parking Information:
May 30, 2017 5PM Long Reach – park in Lots 1, 3, 5
1. Please carpool when possible. All guests should also expect to walk.
2. As you approach the venue follow the signs directing you to the three available lots.
3. Lot numbers (1, 3 & 5) will be available for parking. See map: http://www.merriweathermusic.com/directions/
4. Lot 1 is ADA parking (with disability placard or license plate). If this fills, you will be directed elsewhere.
5. The attendants are there to assist you in finding the best possible place to park. Please follow their directions and be respectful of any signs and barriers that are designed to guide you to authorized spaces.
We appreciate your cooperation to help make this special day run smoothly.
Just a few reminders from Ms. Flood and Ms. Johnston:
- We are not able to enter Merriweather until 4:00pm.
- Do not bring balloons or noise makers. They are not allowed in the pavilion.
- You must have an official Handicap License Plate or Handicap Placard to park in the Handicap spots.
- If you do not have either of the above and have a family member that can not make the walk from the parking lot ask the parking attendants to direct you to the drop off area.
- Seniors need to be at Merriweather at 4:15pm - lining up.
- Be sure to give any family members their tickets ahead of time that will be driving separate. It is hard to find you to give them their tickets.
- Bring Water!!
- There will only be one bathroom open. Concession stands will not be open.
- Parking is not ideal. Please be patient. Read the parking information above and on the HCPSS website carefully.
